摘 要:炼油废水类型及成分复杂,不易处理。絮凝是其水处理过程中的普遍操作之一,对后续处理影响较大。本文采用不同阳离子度和支链度的淀粉基絮凝剂对炼油厂污水站进口废水进行处理,考察了淀粉基絮凝剂阳离子度、支链度对其炼油废水处理效果的影响,结果表明:无论是普通淀粉基絮凝剂,还是支链淀粉基絮凝剂都能够明显降低炼油废水化学耗氧量(CODCr)、浊度、油含量及UV_(254)值;适当增加淀粉基絮凝剂的阳离子度,可明显改善其废水处理效果;相比普通淀粉基絮凝剂,支链淀粉基絮凝剂的处理效果更佳。Oil refinery wastewater was hard to treat due to its complicated origination and ingredients.Flocculation played an important role in its treatment.In this paper,starch based flocculants with different substitutions and branching degrees were prepared and the influences of the structure and ionization degree of modified starches on their performances in treating oil refinery wastewater were discussed.The results showed that both normal starch based flocculants and branched starch based flocculants decreased water chemical oxygen demand(COD),turbidity,oil content and UV_(254) dramatically.The cationic starches with higher substitutions work better in treating oil refinery wastewater.And compared with the normal starch based flocculants,the branched ones had better performances.
