摘 要:垃圾焚烧飞灰旋风熔融处理能促进飞灰的无害化、减量化与资源化。基于Fluent软件,采用流体动力学数值计算方法,模拟了旋风熔融炉的不同结构布置(旋风炉下部有无渐缩锥体)、结构参数(炉膛高度)下速度场和飞灰的运动轨迹。结果表明,熔融炉内均产生了较强的回流旋转,而且在锥形熔融炉的炉子中心还有着上升气流的存在。炉中气流的切向流速沿着炉子中心方向逐渐减小,而且气流在入射一侧的切向速度与炉内另一侧的切向速度分布并不对称。含锥形旋风炉在渐缩型锥体处飞灰颗粒和壁面碰撞的次数更多,停留时间更长,更有利于熔融炉对飞灰颗粒的捕获。炉膛增高会减小气流的运动速度,降低飞灰颗粒在炉子内部的停留时间,同时大大降低飞灰颗粒和炉子内部的碰撞次数。该仿真模拟实验研究能为今后我国城市垃圾飞灰旋风熔融优化设计提供技术参考。Cyclone melting treatment of waste incineration fly ash can promote the harmlessness,reduction and resourcefulness.Based on Fluent software,the velocity field and the trajectory of fly ash in the cyclone melting furnace were simulated with different structural arrangements(with or without a tapering cone in the lower part of the cyclone furnace)and structural parameters(hearth height).The results show that strong reflux rotation is generated in all the melting furnaces,and there is also the presence of updrafts in the center of the furnace in the conical melting furnace.The tangential flow velocity of the gas stream in the furnace decreases gradually along the direction of the furnace center,and the distribution of the tangential velocity of the gas stream on the incident side is not symmetrical with that on the other side of the furnace.The conical-containing cyclone furnace has more collisions between the fly ash particles and the wall at the tapering cone,and the residence time is longer,which is more favorable for the capture of fly ash particles in the melting furnace.The increased height of the furnace chamber will reduce the motion velocity of the airflow and decrease the residence time of the fly ash particles inside the furnace,as well as greatly reduce the number of collisions between the fly ash particles and the furnace interior.This simulation experimental study can provide technical references for the future optimal design of cyclone melting of municipal waste fly ash in China.
