摘 要:目的调查分析安徽省高校大学生生活行为方式各因素和健康自测水平的相关性。方法使用多阶段分层整群随机抽样法,抽取安徽省20所高校的12250名在校大学生进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本信息和生活行为方式、自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)两部分,采用两独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析探讨大学生自测健康水平和其生活行为方式诸因素之间的相关性。结果11089名大学生SRHMS V1.0生理健康得分为(78.50±12.39)分,心理健康得分为(71.09±16.82)分,社会健康得分为(71.16±16.41)分,自测健康总分为(73.97±12.97)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,手机依赖程度越高(B=-2.827)、体育锻炼越少(B=1.598)、寝室关系越差(B=-2.905)、吸烟(B=-2.364)、喝咖啡(B=-2.173)、点外卖(B=-0.864)、网贷(B=-1.178)的大学生自测健康总分越低,且3个子量表得分也越低(P<0.05)。结论不同生活行为方式的大学生自测健康水平不同,应有针对性地教育、提醒、约束和帮助大学生改善生活行为方式,学校、家庭、社会应从不同渠道发挥作用形成合力,共同提升大学生健康水平。Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between lifestyle behaviors and self-rated health levels among university students in Anhui Province.Methods By using a multistage stratified sampling method,12250 college students from 20 universities in Anhui Province were selected for a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire consisted of basic informations,and lifestyle behaviors along with the Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale(SRHMS V1.0).Two independent sample t-tests,one-way ANOVA,and multiple linear regression analysis were employed to explore the correlation between students'self-rated health levels and various lifestyle behaviors.Results The study found that 11089 university students had physical health(78.50±12.39)score,psychological health(71.09±16.82)score,social health(71.16±16.41)score,and overall self-rated health(73.97±12.97)score.Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that university students with higher levels of mobile phone dependency(B=-2.827),lesser physical exercise(B=1.598),poorer dormitory relationships(B=-2.905),smoking(B=-2.364),coffee consumption(B=-2.173),ordering takeout(B=-0.864),and using online loans(B=-1.178)had lower total self-reported health score and lower scores on the three subscales(P<0.05).Conclusion University students with different lifestyles were varied at different self-rated health levels.Targeted education,reminders,restrictions,and assistance should be provided to improve their lifestyle choices.Schools,families,and society should collaborate through various channels to synergistically enhance the health levels of university students.
