广东省大学生人格特质与电子烟使用的典则相关分析

摘　　要：目的 了解广东省大学生人格特质与电子烟使用情况的关系,为营造无烟校园和实施电子烟控烟干预提供理论依据。方法 于2022年1—3月采用分层整群抽样的方法,对广东省3所本科院校和3所专科院校1362名学生进行问卷调查,利用典则相关分析探讨大学生人格特质与电子烟使用情况的关联。结果 广东省大学生电子烟尝试使用率为30.4%,正在使用率为5.1%。不使用电子烟的大学生群体中,人格特质主要由宜人性、神经质和严谨性共同决定,电子烟使用主要由结果预期、自我效能和社会环境共同决定。在使用电子烟的大学生群体中,人格特质主要由外向性和神经质共同决定,电子烟使用主要由销售环境决定。结论 重视大学生群体电子烟的使用情况,不同人格特质的大学生对电子烟使用不同,应针对不同人格特质的大学生采取相应的干预措施,降低电子烟的使用率。Objective To understand the relationship between e-cigarette use and personality traits of university students in Guangdong province,and to provide theoretical basis for building smoke-free campus and implementing tobacco control intervention.Methods By using the method of stratified cluster sampling,questionnaires were distributed to 1362 students from 3 undergraduate universities and 3 junior colleges in Guangdong Province from January to March 2022.Canonical correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between college students'personality traits and ecigarette use.Results The trial use rate of e-cigarettes among university students in Guangdong Province was 30.4%,and the current use rate was 5.1%.Among the university students who did not use e-cigarette,the personality traits mainly showed as agreeableness,neuroticism and conscientiousness while the use of e-cigarette was mainly associated with outcome expectation,self-efficacy and social environment.In the group of university students who use e-cigarettes,personality traits mainly showed as extraversion and neuroticism,while the use of e-cigarette was mainly associated with sale environment.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the use of e-cigarettes among university students.University students with different personality traits have different attitudes towards the use of e-cigarettes.Corresponding intervention measures should be taken for university students with different personality traits to reduce the utilization rate of e-cigarettes.
