云南省媒体从业者生活方式对总体幸福感影响的因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解云南省传统媒体从业者生活方式对总体幸福感的影响。方法 采用两阶段按比例等距随机抽样的方法,抽取了10个州市的38家媒体机构共792名媒体人员,进行生活方式和总体幸福感(GWB)调查。采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果 云南省媒体人员超重率为21.53%,肥胖率为4.89%,48.75%的人患有慢性病,45.70%的人自评健康状况一般和差。云南省媒体人员的吸烟率、二手烟暴露率和饮酒率分别为28.40%、95.77%和37.65%。70.94%的人锻炼少和不锻炼,56.01%作息不正常,41.08%经常熬夜。云南省媒体人员中,高中低幸福感组在不同患慢病情况、健康状况、二手烟暴露情况、锻炼情况、作息情况以及熬夜情况人群中分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,作息正常、患慢病、健康一般及以上、很少和不锻炼以及个人长久体检显著影响媒体从业者的总体幸福感(P<0.05)。结论 云南省媒体从业者的健康生活方式和健康状况不佳,急需专业人士和相关部门的积极关注。Objective To understand the impact of lifestyle on general well-being among media professionals in Yunnan.Methods A total of 792 respondents were selected from 38 media organizations in 10 cities in Yunnan Province.A questionnaire survey about lifestyle and general well-being(GWB)was carried out by two-stage proportional isometric random sampling method.SPSS 19.O statistical soft was used for analysis.Results The overweight rate in media professionals was 21.53%,and the obesity rate was 4.89%.48.75%of them suffered from chronic diseases,and 45.70%of them reported normal and poor health status.The rates of smoking,second-hand smoke exposure and alcohol consumption were 28.40%,95.77%,37.65%,respectively.70.94%of them did not do exercise and 56.01%did not have normal rest.41.08%of them often stayed late.The distributions about different GWB in low,medium and high groups were found statistically significant among different chronic diseases,health status,secondhand smoke exposure,doing exercise,work and rest and staying late(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that regular timetable,chronic diseases,normal or good health status,having or no exercise and long-term physical examination were associated with GWB among media professionals(P<0.05).Conclusion The healthy lifestyle in media professional is not good,which needs urgent attention from relevant professionals and government departments.
