基于VOSviewer的2003—2022年RE-AIM模型的全球研究现状及热点可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 基于文献计量学方法对2003—2022年全球RE-AIM模型的研究现状和热点进行分析。方法 基于Web of Science核心合集数据库检索RE-AIM模型相关“article”和“review”,利用InCites平台和VOSviewer对发文特征、热门期刊、重点研究领域进行分析,并进行关键词聚类分析形成研究热点。结果 共检索到相关文献838篇,其中美国发文量最多(514篇,61.34%),理论提出者Glasgow教授是全球RE-AIM模型最热门的作者。影响力最大的期刊是BMC Public Health(60篇,7.16%),影响力最大的研究领域为公共环境与职业卫生。关键词共现聚类显示研究热点为:糖尿病健康干预、RE-AIM模型维度评价、青少年体力活动促进、老年人健康促进、公共卫生项目影响。结论 近20年RE-AIM模型研究集中于糖尿病健康管理、不同人群健康促进和公共卫生项目评价。随着未来RE-AIM模型的理论发展,其应用将更好促进公共卫生项目与政策的质效提升。Objective To analyze the status and hotspots of RE-AIM framework research from 2003 to 2022 based on bibliometric methods.Methods Based on the Web of Science Core Collection Database,literatures included"articles"and"reviews"related to RE-AIM framework were searched and collected.InCites platform and VOSviewer were used to analyze the characteristics of literatures,journals and key research fields.And research hotspots were formed by keyword cluster analysis.Results A total of 838 articles were retrieved.The United States(514 papers,61.34%)published the most of papers,and Professor Clasgow was the most popular author of RE-AIM framework in the world.The most influential journal was BMC Public Health(60 papers,7.16%),and the most influential fields of research was public environment and occupational health.After keyword co-occurrence clustering,the research hotspots included diabetes health intervention,evaluation dimension of RE-AIM framework,physical activity promotion of adolescents,health promotion on the elderly,and the impact of public health projects.ConclusionThe researches of RE-AIM framework focused on diabetes health management,health promotion of different population and evaluation of public health projects in the past 20 years.With the development of RE-AIM framework in the future,its application will better promote the quality and effectiveness of public health project and policy.
