摘  要:目的 引进患者健康教育材料评估工具(Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool for Printable Materials, PEMAT-P),对该量表进行汉化并检验其信效度。方法 采用Brislin模型对PEMAT-P进行翻译、回译、跨文化调适,形成中文版PEMAT-P。采用便利抽样方法选取369份健康教育平面材料,使用中文版PEMAT-P进行评分,以评价量表的信效度。结果 中文版PEMAT-P包括可理解性、可行动性2个分量表,共7个维度、23个条目。量表各条目内容效度指数(Item Content Validity Index,I-CVI)区间为0.778~1.00,量表内容效度指标(Scale Content Validity Index,S-CVI)区间为0.970。可理解性分量表设定5个因子维度,χ^(2)/df=3.130,GFI=0.909,RMR=0.010,NFI=0.856,IFI=0.897,模型拟合达到可接受范围;可行动性分量表设定2个因子维度,χ^(2)/df=2.652,GFI=0.973,RMR=0.011,NFI=0.960,IFI=0.874,模型拟合良好。结论 中文版PEMAT-P信效度较好,适用于评价患者健康教育材料的可理解性和可行动性评价。Objective To translate English version of patient education materials assessment tool for printable materials(PEMAT-P)into Chinese and examine its reliability and validity.Methods The English version of PEMAT-P was translated into Chinese version,then back translated and cross-cultural adjusted according to Brislin model to form a Chinese version.A total of 369 printable health education materials were selected by convenient sampling method and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version PEMAT-P were evaluated.Results The Chinese version PEMAT-P consisted of 2 subscales:comprehensibility and actionability subscale,with a total of 7 dimensions and 23 items.The item content validity index(I-CVI)interval of each item was 0.778-1.00,and the scale content validity index(S-CVI)interval was 0.970.The comprehensibility subscale set five factor dimensions(χ^(2)/df=3.130,GFI=0.909,RMR=0.010,NFI=0.856,IFI=0.897),and the model fitting reached an acceptable range.The actionability subscale set two factor dimensions(χ^(2)/df=2.652,GFI=0.973,RMR=0.011,NFI=0.960,IFI=0.874),and the model fitted well.Conclusion The Chinese version of PEMAT-P was proved to be a good instrument with acceptable reliability and validity,and it is qualified to evaluate the comprehensibility and actionability of health education materials in Chinese language environment.
