摘  要:光伏电站汇流网络的阻抗分布复杂,与静止无功发生装置(static var generator,SVG)及电网阻抗交互作用引发的高频谐振问题机理不明,且缺乏有效的高频谐振抑制措施,频发的高频谐振问题已威胁到了光伏并网系统的安全稳定运行。论文针对含静止无功装置的光伏电站高频谐振机理及其振荡抑制措施开展研究工作。首先,建立光伏电站统一阻抗模型,分析光伏电站中各装置阻抗的高频影响因素,并建立高频特征阻抗模型;然后,通过构建光伏电站的序阻抗网络,将光伏电站等效聚合为源–载阻抗系统,分析光伏电站高频谐振的形成机理及其影响因素;提出一种基于SVG高频阻抗重塑的光伏电站谐振抑制方法,通过SVG高频相角补偿实现光伏电站高频振荡的有效抑制,并给出参数整定方法;最后,采用RT-LAB控制硬件在环完成高频振荡机理分析及其抑制控制的实验验证。The impedance distribution of PV plant sink network is complex,and the mechanism of high frequency resonance caused by the interaction with Static Var Generator(SVG)and grid impedance is unknown,and there is a lack of effective high frequency resonance suppression measures.The paper focuses on the mechanism of high-frequency resonance and its oscillation suppression measures in photovoltaic power plants with static reactive power devices.Firstly,a unified impedance model of PV power plant is established,the high-frequency influencing factors of the impedance of each device in PV power plant are analyzed,and a high-frequency characteristic impedance model is established.The paper proposes a resonance suppression method of PV plant based on SVG high-frequency impedance reshaping,and achieves effective suppression of high-frequency oscillation of PV plant through SVG high-frequency phase angle compensation,and gives the parameter adjustment method;finally,the analysis of high-frequency oscillation mechanism and its experimental verification of suppression control are completed by using RT-LAB control hardware in the loop.
