摘 要:低氧预适应作为生物体特有的内源性保护现象受到广泛重视,其发生保护效应的机制研究涉及众多方面,如生物酶、活性氧、受体、递质、离子通道等经典生物通路相继被研究者证实参与其中。越来越多研究者证实,低氧预适应在人体重要器官疾病缺血缺氧防护中的有益效果,尤其是近年来在高原、航空、航天和潜水等特殊军事环境中体现的潜在防护价值,使其成为军事医学领域的研究热点。该文从低氧预适应概念、机制及军事医学应用与展望,初步探讨低氧预适应理念在军事医学领域的潜在价值,并针对技术推广应用面临的现实问题进行思考和展望,以期推动低氧预适应技术在我军作业效能维护与提升中的应用。Hypoxic preconditioning has received more attention as a unique endogenous protective phenomenon in organisms.The research on the mechanism of protective effects of hypoxic preconditioning involves such classic biological pathways as enzymes,reactive oxygen species,receptors,neurotransmitters,anti apoptotic substances,and ion channels that have been confirmed.The roles of hypoxic preconditioning in the protection of important organ diseases that range from ischemia to hypoxia have been increasingly discovered and verified,especially the potential protective value of hypoxic preconditioning strategies in special military environments such as high altitude,high mountains,aviation,aerospace,and diving in recent years.This article explores the applicability of hypoxic preconditioning in the military in terms of concepts and mechanisms,applications and prospects of development.The actual problems facing the popularization of technology and applications are identified in order to promote the use of hypoxic preconditioning as a magic weapon for the maintenance and improvement of our military's operational efficiency.
