摘 要:2019—2022年,甘肃省庆阳地区湖羊皮下脓肿病呈爆发趋势,为指导疾病防控和合理用药,本研究随机选取6个千头以上湖羊养殖场进行流行病学和致病病原调查,采用16S微生物多样性测序检测病料菌种差异;常规细菌分离培养鉴定致病病原;动物感染试验测定分离菌致病性及试验动物组织病理变化;纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果表明,该病以断奶后育成公羊多发,发病率2.3%~18.4%;6份脓肿样本均以金黄色葡萄球菌为优势菌种,临床分离得到6株金黄色葡萄球菌和3株大肠杆菌;分离菌感染小鼠出现皮下脓肿症状;组织病理观察结果可见,小鼠内脏器官以充血、出血、坏死和炎性细胞浸润等病变为主,皮肤组织结构被破坏;金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌对常用抗生素敏感性良好,大肠杆菌对头孢噻吩耐药。本研究结果为该地区湖羊皮下脓肿病的防制及合理用药提供了理论依据,为全国湖羊皮下脓肿病流行规律研究提供了参考。From 2019 to 2022,an outbreak trend of subalpine abscesses was observed in the Qingyang area of Gansu Province.To provide guidance for disease prevention and control as well as rational drug use,this study conducted epidemiological and pathogenic investigations on 6 randomly selected lake sheep farms with over a thousand heads.16S microbial diversity sequencing was employed to detect differences in bacterial species in diseased materials.Pathogenic pathogens were identified through routine bacterial isolation and cultivation,and animal infection testing was conducted to determine the pathogenicity of isolated bacteria and observe pathological changes in experimental animal tissues.Moreover,a drug sensitivity test was performed using the paper diffusion method.The study revealed that the disease was frequently observed in rams bred after weaning,with an incidence rate ranging from 2.3%to 18.4%.Staphylococcus aureus was identified as the dominant strain in all 6 abscess samples.Additionally,clinical cases yielded 6 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 3 strains of Escherichia coli.The mice infected with these isolated bacteria exhibited symptoms of subcutaneous abscess.Histopathological examination revealed hyperemia,hemorrhage,necrosis,and inflammatory cell infiltration in the internal organs of the mice,and the skin tissue structure was also disrupted.The isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli showed good sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics,except for Escherichia coli,which was resistant to cephalothin.The findings of this study establish a theoretical foundation for the prevention and control of subcutaneous abscess in this region,and offer valuable insights for further research on the epidemiology of subcutaneous abscess in Hu sheep.
