CT及MRI对直肠癌临床术前分期的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨CT及MRI对直肠癌临床术前分期的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年6月江苏省肿瘤医院收治的直肠癌患者104例,采用CT及MRI检查,将病理活检结果作为金标准,计算CT及MRI单一及联合检查对直肠癌临床术前分期的诊断准确率。结果:MRI及CT单一及联合检查术前T分期的准确率分别为92.31%、75.96%、97.12%;MRI及CT单一及联合检查术前N分期的准确率分别94.23%、77.88%、99.04%;MRI检查及联合检查术前T分期及N分期准确率均高于CT(P <0.05);联合检查术前T分期及N分期准确率高于MRI检查,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:直肠癌患者均可采用CT、MRI进行术前分期诊断,MRI整体诊断准确率高于CT,联合诊断能进一步提高患者的T分期与N分期准确率。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients with rectal cancer admitted to Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected for CT and MRI examination.The results of pathological biopsy were taken as the gold standard to calculate the diagnostic accuracy of single and combined CT and MRI examination for preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Results The accuracy rates of T staging by single and combined MRI and CT were 92.31%,75.96%and 97.12%,respectively.The accuracy rates of N staging by single and combined MRI and CT were 94.23%,77.88%and 99.04%,respectively.The accuracy of T stage and N stage before surgical operation by MRI and combined examination was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The accuracy of T staging and N staging by combined examination was higher than that by MRI,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI can be used for preoperative staging diagnosis in all patients with rectal cancer.The overall diagnostic accuracy of MRI is higher than that of CT,and combined diagnosis can further improve the accuracy of T and N staging of patients.
