基于数据挖掘藏药治疗痛风病(直合乃)的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:通过藏医药治疗直合乃的用药规律分析,为藏医药临床治疗直合乃和研发新药提供数据参考。方法:在《四部医典》《藏药方剂大全》等藏医文献典籍中搜集治疗直合乃的方剂,建立组方数据库,使用Excel和SPSS Modeler进行药物频次分析、味性化味分析、关联规则分析,从多角度分析治疗直合乃的用药规律和特征。结果:通过数据挖掘分析发现,共收集到82首治疗直合乃的方剂,234味单味药,药物频数≥20的有19味单味药。味性化味统计分析发现,药物六味以苦、甘、涩味为主。三化味中以苦化味居多,其次是酸化味。药效主要治疗黄水、血病、赤巴病、培根病等。关联规则分析中发现18组两项常用药对,其中诃子—江孜乌头、诃子—川木香最常见;8组三项常用药对,其中江孜乌头、川木香—诃子最常见。结论:本研究以藏医典籍中治疗直合乃的藏药方剂为研究对象,通过频次分析、药物味性化味分析、关联规则分析,探析藏医药治疗直合乃的用药规律和特征,且验证藏医药临床用药的科学性和合理性,为临床藏医药治疗直合乃的用药规律和研发新药提供数据参考。Objective:To explore the medication rules of Tibetan medicine in treating Zhihenai disease(直合乃)and provide references for clinical application and development of Tibetan medicine.Methods:The prescriptions treating Zhihenai disease were collected from the ancient books of Tibetan medicine such as Sibu Yidian(《四部医典》)and Tibetan medicine Fangji DaquanO(《藏药方剂大全》),and the prescription database was established.Excel and SPSS Modeler were used to analyze the frequency,association rules of the medicine to find the potential medication rules and characteristics of treating Zhihenai disease.Results:Eighty-two prescriptions were collected.Two hundred and thirty-four medicines with single ingredient were included.According to the analysis of six tastes and three tastes after digestion,the most common tastes were the bitter,sweet and acerbity,and the bitter taste after digestion.The effect is mainly used to treat yellow water,blood disease,red disease,bacon disease,etc..The most common two-medicine compatibilities were Kezi(Fructus Chebulae)—Jiangzi Wutou(Aconitum ludlowii exel)and Kezi-Chuanmuxiang(Radix Vladimiriae).Eight group of three-medicine compatibilities were Jiangzi Wutou,Chuanmuxiang-Kezi.Conclusion:This study mainly took the Tibetan medicine prescriptions for the treatment of Zhihenai disease in Tibetan medical classics as the research object,and explored the medication rules and characteristics of Tibetan medicine for the treatment of Zhihenai disease through frequency analysis,drug flavor analysis,and association rule analysis,and verified the scientific and rationality of the clinical use of Tibetan medicine,so as to provide data reference for the clinical treatment of Zhihenai and the development of new medicine.
