中药溻渍“表里共治”联合疗法治疗腰椎退行性病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药溻渍“表里共治”联合疗法,即中药塌渍联合中频脉冲电治疗腰椎退行性病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎退行性病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予中频脉冲电治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药溻渍治疗,连续治疗10 d。观察治疗后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分以及临床疗效,观察并记录两组患者在治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后JOA评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论:“表里共治”思想指导下的中药溻渍联合中频脉冲电治疗腰椎退行性病变能减轻患者疼痛、改善腰椎功能,无明显不良反应,且使用方便、患者接受度高,特别适合作为基层中医适宜技术进行推广。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM medicinal Tazi plus intermediate frequency electricity on lumbar spine degenerative lesion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar spine degenerative lesion were divided into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intermediate frequency electrotherapy,while the observation group was additionally treated by TCM medicinal Tazi.The treatment was continuous for 10 days.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the JOA score in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the thought of treating both inside and outside,TCM medicinal Tazi plus plus intermediate frequency electricity can reduce the pain of lumbar spine degenerative lesion patients,and improve the function of lumbar spine,with no obvious adverse reactions.Moreover,this therapy is convenient to use and highly acceptable by patients,which is especially suitable for promotion as a TCM appropriate techniques in basic-level hospital.
