探究心理护理路径对青年脑卒中后抑郁患者心理状态及希望水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理路径对青年脑卒中后抑郁患者心理状态及希望水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月于徐州医科大学附属医院确诊为脑卒中后抑郁的350例患者作为研究对象,采取数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组175例。观察组开展心理护理路径,对照组实施临床基础护理,比较两组护理前后心理状况、希望水平、生命质量评分。结果护理前,两组自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分、自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组希望水平评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组希望水平评分均高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理路径护理青年脑卒中后抑郁患者,充分体现出对患者的重视与关怀,可有效减轻患者的心理压力,改善患者的生理、精神状况,提升生命质量。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing path on the mental state and hope level of young patients with post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 350 patients diagnosed with post-stroke depression in Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to digital ta-ble method,with 175 cases in each group.The observation group was provided with psychological nursing,while the control group was provided with clinical basic nursing,the psychological status,hope level and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups;after nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function between the two groups;after nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function and so-cial function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hope level score between the two groups;after nursing,hope level scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing young patients with post-stroke depression with psychological nursing path fully reflects the attention and care of patients,can effectively reduce the psychological pressure of patients,improve the physiological and mental cond
