摘　　要：Klotho基因归属拮抗衰老的因素,其编码Klotho蛋白可影响细胞和内分泌通路,有助于保护肾功能,是预防和治疗急性肾损伤(AKI)的潜在靶点。本文综述回顾以往关于Klotho及其在AKI中的作用,为缓解AKI患者的疾病提供新的治疗方向。The Klotho gene attribution antagonizes aging factors,its encoded Klotho protein can affect cellular and endocrine pathways,help to protect renal function,is a potential target for the prevention and treatment of acute kidney injury(AKI).This review reviews previous studies on Klotho and its role in AKI to provide new therapeutic directions for alleviating diseases in patients with AKI.
