多轴向经编玻璃纤维织物增强复合材料的蠕变特性研究

摘  要:玻璃纤维增强复合材料在长期服役条件下的蠕变行为会导致结构件发生形变,进而对材料稳定性产生很大的影响,因此对其蠕变性能的研究很有必要。分别以三轴向和四轴向经编玻璃纤维织物为增强体,环氧树脂为基体,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(vacuum assisted resin infusion,VARI)成型方法制备复合材料试样。研究不同应力水平下复合材料试样的弯曲蠕变规律,对蠕变曲线进行线性拟合,预测材料蠕变寿命。基于试样断裂失效形貌图,分析蠕变损伤情况,揭示蠕变特性。结果表明,当施加小于弯曲断裂强度值80%的应力时,复合材料蠕变历经2个阶段,减速蠕变阶段,应变随时间延续而增加,但增速逐渐减小;匀速蠕变阶段,应变随时间延续而匀速增加。当施加大于弯曲断裂强度值80%的应力时,2种复合材料在历经减速蠕变和匀速蠕变阶段后,进入加速蠕变阶段,此阶段应变随时间延续而快速增加,直至试样破坏失效。通过蠕变试验,验证复合材料在弯曲断裂强度值80%的应力水平下蠕变寿命预测结果的准确性。结果显示,三轴向和四轴向复合材料试样分别在施加应力2.83 h和37.40 h后发生蠕变断裂,蠕变寿命预测结果与试验结果的误差较小,分别为4.43%和2.35%,从而证实了蠕变寿命预测的准确性。研究结果为多轴向经编复合材料蠕变特性研究及蠕变寿命预测奠定了理论基础。The creep behavior of glass fiber reinforced composites under long-term service conditions will cause structural deformation,which will have a great influence on the stability of the material,so it is necessary to study the creep behavior of the materials.The composite specimens were prepared by vacuum assisted resin infusion(VARI)molding method using triaxial and quadaxial warp-knitted glass fabric as reinforcement and epoxy resin as matrix.The bending creep rule of composite specimens under different stress levels was studied,and the creep life of the materials was predicted by linear fitting the creep curve.Based on the fracture failure morphology of the specimens,the creep damage was analyzed and the creep characteristics were revealed.The results show that when the stress is less than 80%of the bending fracture strength,the creep of the composites goes through two stages.In the deceleration creep stage,the strain increases with time,but the increasing speed slows down gradually.In the steady creep phase,the strain increases uniformly with time.When the stress is greater than 80%of the bending fracture strength,the two composites enter the accelerated creep stage after the deceleration creep and steady creep stage,in which the strain increases rapidly with the extension of time until the sample fails.The accuracy of creep life prediction results of composites stress level at 80%of the bending fracture strength were verified by creep test.The results show that the creep fracture of triaxial and quadaxial specimens occur at 2.83 h and 37.40 h after the stress was applied,respectively,and the errors between prediction results and the test results are relatively small,4.43%and 2.35%,respectively,which verifies the accuracy of the creep life prediction method.The research results lay a theoretical foundation for the study of creep characteristics and the prediction of creep life of multi-axial warp-knitted composites.
