中医药指南中经济性证据的评估及其对推荐意见形成的影响

摘　　要：经济性是临床实践指南中从证据到推荐转化过程中必不可少的因素。本研究采用概况性综述系统调研了国内外指南引入经济性证据的文献资料,结合中医药的特点和研究现状,通过名义群体法组织多领域的权威专家进行论证,对评估经济性证据的方法做出推荐,建议采用英国国家卫生与服务优化研究院(NICE)经济学评价清单和卫生技术评估模型质量评价表。本研究对中医药指南中经济性证据对推荐意见的影响做了初步探讨,笔者认为经济性证据从成本和证据质量两个方面影响推荐意见的强度和方向。希望可以为今后的指南制订工作中引入经济性证据提供参考,促进中医药指南的标准化。Objective Economics is one of the essential factors in the transition from evidence to recommendations of clinical practice guidelines.This study systematically surveyed the literatures at home and abroad on guidelines including economic evidence via scoping review,took the characteristics and research status of Chinese medicine into consideration,and organized authoritative experts from multiple fields to discuss by nominal group technique.This study was to recommend the methods for assessing economic evidence which are the economics evaluation checklist formulated by The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE)and the checklist for decision-analytic modeling,and to explore decision-making methods from economic evidence to recommendation which are affected by cost and economic evidence quality.It is hoped that this study could provide reference for guidelines including the economic evidence in the future,and could promote the standardization of Chinese medicine guidelines.
