摘　　要：姜维壮是我国当代著名的财政学家和教育家,是新中国财政理论体系的奠基人之一,是中国财政理论研究“终身成就奖”获得者。他在财政研究领域深耕一生,为新中国财政理论和政策研究做出了杰出贡献,产生了重要影响。新时代,站在新的历史起点上,亟需构建中国财政学自主知识体系来指导财政实践,这就需要我们继承和发扬姜维壮宝贵的财政学术思想,在中国式现代化的征程上持续推动中国财政学理论创新。本文梳理了姜维壮的学术思想及其贡献,并阐明其对新时代中国财政理论创新和推进中国式现代化财政治理实践的重要意义。Professor Jiang Weizhuang is a famous contemporary fiscal scientist and educator in China,one of the founders of the financial theoretical system in China,and the winner of the"Lifetime Achievement Award"for China's financial theoretical research.In the field of financial research,he has made outstanding contributions to the financial theory and policy research of New China and has an important impact.In the New Era,standing at a new historical starting point,it is urgent to build an independent knowledge system of Chinese finance to guide financial practice,which requires us to inherit and carry forward Jiang Weizhuang's precious financial academic thoughts and continuously promote the theoretical innovation of Chinese finance on the journey of Chinese modernization.This paper reviews Professor Jiang Weizhuang's academic thoughts and contributions,and expounds its significance to the innovation of China's financial theory in the New Era and the promotion of financial governance practice in Chinese modernization.
