摘  要:在当前国家重点关注城市工业遗产保护和更新问题的阶段,在人口老龄化的社会问题和生育政策的变革下,如何协调代际矛盾、促进代际融合也成为了新时代挑战。该文试图将代际融合理念引入到东三省兵工厂硫酸厂旧址改造策略中,通过对场地所在片区的规划布局、对园区内工业遗存的分析与评估,结合城市历史文脉与场所记忆,多维度判断价值、整合空间功能、增设代际空间节点营造空间氛围、推动代际传承,提出满足代际互动需求的工业遗产空间更新设计策略,以期为工业建筑遗产空间的更新提供借鉴和参考。At the current stage when the state focuses on the issue of urban industrial heritage preservation and renewal,how to reconcile intergenerational conflicts and promote intergenerational integration has also become a new era challenge in the light of the social problem of population aging and the change of reproductive policy.In this paper we attempt to introduce the concept of intergenerational integration into the transformation strategy of the former site of the Sulfuric Acid Plant of the Arsenal of the Eastern Three Provinces,through the planning layout of the area where the site is located,with the analysis and assessment of the industrial heritage in the park,combined with the city's historical lineage and the memory of the place,we make a multidimensional judgment on the value,and integrate the spatial function,and add intergenerational spatial nodes to create spatial atmosphere,so as to promote intergenerational inheritance.Finally we put forward the design strategy of the renewal of the industrial heritage space that meets the needs of the intergenerational interaction,with the aim of providing a reference for the renewal of the heritage space of the industrial buildings.
