近零能耗导向下夏热冬冷地区高层住区形态寻优设计——以武汉市为例

摘  要:降低能耗同时增加可再生能源使用是缓解社会能源问题的重要途径,既有研究多从单体尺度考虑围护结构优化对能耗的影响,忽视了街区尺度形态优化可以降低能耗,同时提高光伏潜力,进而优化该街区的能耗表现。该文以实际政策规范为基础,结合城市发展的规划理念,对街区尺度的高层住宅建筑,进行近零能耗导向下的综合寻优设计。通过调整建筑类型与高度之间的组合,设计排列其结果并进行规范筛选,共生成21个街区原型,其中12个基础原型与9个亚类型,模拟并分析其能耗与光伏潜力,得出影响上述参数的核心因素并以此为基础进行高层住区形态寻优。结果表明:不考虑光伏设计的情况下,板式高层住区更适合武汉地区。考虑光伏设计的情况下,板式与塔式的高低组合相比于同一高度组合形式具有更好的能耗表现。Reducing energy consumption while increasing the use of renewable energy is an important way to alleviate social energy problems.Previous studies have mostly considered the impact of optimizing enclosure structures on energy consumption at the individual scale,while neglecting that optimizing block scale morphology can reduce energy consumption while increasing photovoltaic potential,thereby optimizing the energy performance of the block.Based on practical policy norms,combined with the planning concept of urban development,we conduct a comprehensive optimization design for high-rise residential buildings at the block scale with near zero energy consumption.By adjusting the combination between building type and height,designing and arranging the results,and conducting standardized screening,a total of 21 block prototypes were generated,including 12 basic prototypes and 9 subtypes.The energy consumption and photovoltaic potential were simulated and analyzed,and the core factors affecting the above parameters were identified.Based on this,the optimization of high-rise residential area morphology was carried out.The results indicate that without considering photovoltaic design,high-rise residential areas with panel panels are more suitable for Wuhan area.Considering photovoltaic design,the combination of high and low panel and tower types has better energy consumption performance compared to the same height combination form.
