摘　　要：办刊理念的高下,决定一本期刊的运势。如果对七十余年来《文史哲》的办刊路径与理念予以凝练,那就是坚持“长期主义”原则,着眼于“潜结构”和“长时段”,倾力于学术史价值及其追求。从办刊策略来看,期刊影响力取决于内容的集中度。围绕集中度做文章,获取人文学界话语权,无疑就抓住了办好学术期刊的“牛鼻子”。围绕主打专题栏目这一核心,进行“归核化”经营,即构建以主打重头栏目为轴心的同心多元体系,形成围绕同心圆之圆点的集束簇及其向心力,从而完成期刊自身的特色化与个性化定位,不失为一种积极而能动的办刊理念与策略选择。而所谓期刊风格或特色,一言以蔽之,就是“不可取代性”;没有人能够无视或取代你的存在,就是你最为根本的个性和特色。对此办刊风格予以代际传承与遵循,进而形成传统,便会最终达至“以个性塑就品牌,以品牌张扬个性”的化境。The quality of editorial principles determines the destiny of a journal.Condensing the 70-year path and principles of Journal of Chinese Humanities reveals a commitment to the principle of“long-termism”,focusing on“latent structures”and extended durations while emphasizing the value of academic history and its pursuit.The journal’s influence,from an editorial strategy perspective,relies on the concentration of its content.Concentration around a central theme secures influence within the humanities field,undoubtedly grasping the key to successful academic journal management.Embracing a“nucleus-centered”approach around flagship sections constructs a concentric and diverse system,forming a coherent cluster around the focal point,thus establishing the journal’s distinctive and personalized positioning——a proactive and dynamic editorial concept and strategic choice.The essence of journal style or uniqueness lies in its“irreplaceability”;no one can overlook or replace its existence,constituting its fundamental personality and uniqueness.Upholding and inheriting editorial style across generations establishes a tradition,ultimately achieving a state where“individuality shapes the brand,and the brand proclaims individuality”.
