摘　　要：目的了解2021年北京市昌平区带状疱疹首次就诊病例流行病学特征。方法利用昌平区一级及以上医疗机构基层卫生信息系统,对带状疱疹首次就诊病例分布特征进行描述性分析。结果带状疱疹首次就诊病例11202例、发病率4.94‰;全年均有发病,夏季(6—8月)发病最多;平均发病年龄(53.82±16.67)岁,30~40岁及50~70岁为2个发病数高峰;男女性别比为0.82∶1;男性和女性发病率分别为4.13‰、5.87‰;病例多就诊于三级医院,就诊科室主要为皮肤性病科、内科;临床诊断前3位分别是带状疱疹、带状疱疹后神经痛和带状疱疹性神经根炎;疫苗接种量增加不明显。结论2021年昌平区带状疱疹首次就诊病例以50岁以上人群为主,并发症以带状疱疹后神经痛为主;应在高危人群中做好宣传教育并鼓励高发人群接种疫苗。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the first visit patients with herpes zoster in Changping district of Beijing in 2021.Methods The descriptive analysis was conducted on the distribution characteristics of first visit patients with herpes zoster by using the primary health information system of the medical institutions at the level of first class and above in Changping district,.ResultsThere were 11202 first visit patients with herpes zoster,and the incidence rate was 4.94‰.The patient onset all the year,and the patients were the most in summer(from June to August).The average age was(53.82±16.67)years old,with 2 tops of the number of the patients at the age of 30-40 years and 50-70 years.The ratio of the male to the female was 0.82:1,and the incidence rate was 4.13%.in the male and 5.87‰ in the female.More patients visited the doctors at the department of dermatology and internal medicine in the third class hospitals.The top three of the clinical diagnosis was herpes zoster,post-herpetic neuralgia and herpetic zoster radiculitis,respectively.The increase of vaccination amount was not obvious.Conclusions The first visit patients with herpes zoster aged 50 years and above are the main in Changping district,2021.The post-herpetic neuralgia is main complication.The publicity and education should be done well and the vaccination should be encouraged in the high-risk population.
