摘　　要：新疆《健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率调查技术规范》地方标准规定了脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率调查的调查人群、调查技术要求,适用于健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率调查。本文对该地方标准的制定背景以及主要内容要点进行了解读,便于各级疾病预防控制中心运用此标准开展健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌率调查,规范调查工作。The local standard of technical specification for neisseria meningitidis carrier rate investigation among healthy people in Xinjiang stipulates the investigation population and investigation technical requirements for neisseria meningitidis carrier rate investigation,which is applicable to the investigation of neisseria meningitidis carrier rate among healthy people.In this paper,the background and main content of the local standard were interpreted for all levels of the center for disease control and prevention to carry out the carrier rate investigation of neisseria meningitidis in healthy people according to the standard,and standardize the investigation process.
