摘　　要：基于互联网+大背景,描述了聋哑人的生活现状及他们作为弱势群体在日常信息交流中面临的困难和障碍,分析与研究了互联网+模式下搭建聋哑人群体交流桥梁的可能性;采用文献分析的方法,提出设计手语翻译系统创新方案的建议,以增强聋哑人无障碍沟通交流能力。Based on the background of Internet+,describes the living situation of deaf-mutes and the difficulties and obstacles they face in daily information exchange as a vulnerable group,and analyzes and studies the possibility of building a communication bridge for deaf mutes under the Internet+model.Through literature analysis,suggestions for designing innovative sign language translation systems are proposed to improve the barrier free communication and communication abilities of deaf-mutes.
