摘　　要：为方便塔式起重机钢丝绳的更换,设计了一种新型钢丝绳自动计数缠绳截取装置。首先,介绍了钢丝绳的传统换绳方法和旧钢丝绳截取装置,分析了传统方法和旧截绳装置存在的缺陷和需要解决的问题;然后,针对传统方法和老旧钢丝绳截取装置的缺陷,在现有钢丝绳截取方法的基础上,结合施工现场需求,设计了一种新的钢丝绳截取装置;最后,经实践验证,该新型钢丝绳截取装置能提高钢丝绳截取效率,计数准确,减少钢丝绳的折弯损坏量,能满足钢丝绳大批量截取更换的要求,与原装置相比,其性能更优越。To facilitate the replacement of steel wire ropes for tower cranes,a new type of automatic counting and winding rope cutting device for steel wire ropes has been designed.Firstly,the traditional rope changing method and the old wire rope cutting device were introduced,and the shortcomings and problems that need to be solved of the traditional method and the old wire rope cutting device were analyzed.Then,in response to the shortcomings of traditional methods and old wire rope cutting devices,a new wire rope cutting device was designed based on existing wire rope cutting methods and combined with construction site requirements.Finally,through practical verification,the new type of steel wire rope cutting device can improve the efficiency of steel wire rope cutting,accurately count,reduce the amount of bending damage to steel wire ropes,and meet the requirements of large-scale cutting and replacement of steel wire ropes.Compared with the original equipment,its performance is superior.
