摘 要:钻井设备的动力通常为柴油机或柴油发电机组,不仅消耗了大量柴油,且柴油机运转产生的噪音及尾气对环境造成了污染。为降低钻井成本,提升钻井效益和效率,实现节能减排、降本增效,钻井动力使用工业网电供电已在我国陆地油田试验和推广。国产钻井使用钻机的供电系统为50 Hz,而部分国家采用60 Hz电制供电,当国产50 Hz钻机设备在国外使用60 Hz网电时会存在电网电制不同的问题,给电网使用带来不便。现采用高低压供配电与变频电源系统将国外35(10)kV、60 Hz电网电压转换成600 V、50 Hz可供国产钻机使用的电网电压。The power of drlling equipment is usually diesel or diesel generator set,not only consumes a lot of diesel,and diesel engine operation generated noise and exhaust pollution to the environment.In order to reduce drilling costs,improve drilling efficiency and efficiency,achieve energy-saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase,the use of industrial grid power supply for drilling power has been tested and promoted in domestic onshore oil fields.The power supply system of domestic drilling rig is 50 Hz,while some foreign countries use 60 Hz power supply.When domestic 50 Hz drilling rig equipment uses 60 Hz power grid in these foreign countries,it encounters different problems of power grid system,which brings inconvenience to the use of power grid in foreign operations.Adopting a high and low voltage power supply and distribution and variable frequency power supply system to convert foreign 35(10)kV,60 Hz power grid voltage into 600 V,50 Hz power grid voltage for domestic drilling rigs.
