摘　　要：目前,临床治疗激素依赖型肾病综合征(steroid-dependent nephritic syndrome,SDNS)主要以激素、免疫抑制剂、细胞毒性药物等为主,仅有少数患者病情能够完全缓解,而联合中医药治疗可发挥增效减毒的作用,从而减少西药用量,缩短病程,降低不良反应,在减量或停药后稳定病情,防止复发。但中药方药相对固定,缺乏相关实验研究和统一标准,临床疗效悬殊,且中医病因病机、辨证分型、处方用药、疗效判定等缺乏统一标准,试验设计、疗效观察方法不够严谨,今后应结合大数据及现代医学研究方法,经过严密的科研设计,进行更多前瞻性、多中心的试验研究以证实中西医结合治疗方案的有效性,并在剂型、用药方式上进行创新,提高临床疗效。Currently,the clinical treatment of steroid dependent nephrotic syndrome(SDNS)mainly relies on hormones,immuno-suppressants,cytotoxic drugs,etc.Only a few patients can completely alleviate their condition.Combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine can play a role in increasing efficacy and reducing toxicity,thereby reducing the dosage of Western medicine,shortening the course of the disease,reducing adverse reactions,stabilizing the condition after dosage reduction or discontinuation,and preventing recurrence.Traditional Chinese medicine formulas are relatively fixed,lacking relevant experimental research and unified standards,resulting in significant differences in clinical efficacy.In addition,there is a lack of unified standards for TCM etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,prescription medication,and efficacy assessment.The experimental design and efficacy observation methods are not rigorous enough.In the future,we should combine big data and modern medical research methods,conduct rigorous scientific research design,and conduct more prospective research A multi-center experimental study is conducted to confirm the effectiveness of a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan,and to innovate in dosage forms and medication methods to improve clinical efficacy.
