摘　　要：赖新生教授认为,糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹病机为“脉络痹阻,睑目失养,阴阳失衡”,治当“调筋启废,调和阴阳”。临证时应以通元法指导针灸治疗,通督调任以调和阴阳、扶正祛邪,辨证选取足太阳经和手、足少阳经疏通经络,阴、阳跷脉调和目之开阖,谨察阴阳所在而调之以手法补泻,注重“络以通为用”,参以透刺法、齐刺法激发经气,使气至病所,临床疗效显著。Professor Lai Xinsheng believes that the pathogenesis of diabetes induced oculomotor paralysis is"obstruction of the collateral,loss of eyelid and eye nourishment as well as the imbalance between Yin and Yang",which should be treated as"regulating tendons and activating disuse as well as regulating Yin and Yang".Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment should be guided by the Tongyuan method in the clinical practice.By dredging Du meridian and regulating Ren meridian the Yin and Yang can be regulated,by strengthening the Zheng Qi and eliminating the evil factors.The Foot Taiyang meridian as well as the Hand and Foot Shaoyang meridians are selected to dredge the meridians according to the syndrome differentiation.Besides,the Yin and Yang Qiao meridians can adjust the opening and closing of the eyes,so adjusting it by means of manipulation to supplement or reduce,focusing on"unblocking the collaterals for use".The penetration needling method and the Qi acupuncture method are used to stimulate the meridian Qi and help it reach the disease site,with remarkable clinical effect.
