摘  要:在城市轨道交通发展大背景下,由于城市土地资源紧张,地铁下穿建筑成为两者的主要结合方式,然而建筑下方列车运行会带来振动过大等环境问题。为了快速有效地评价上盖高层建筑振动响应水平,提出了一种适用于下穿地铁车致高层建筑振动响应计算的反分析法。利用反分析有限元模型,研究地铁振动在拟建高层建筑中的传播与衰减规律,评价拟建高层建筑的振动响应水平。研究结果表明:随着建筑楼层的升高,在不同楼层中室内柱测点位置的振动响应呈现先减小后增大的趋势,在顶层有放大现象;相较于低频振动,建筑结构对高频振动的衰减作用更大;同一楼层振动响应受总建筑楼层高度的影响显著。Under the background of urban railway traffic development,due to the shortage of urban land resources,underground metro lines beneath buildings become one of the main combination of metro line and nearby buildings.However,the moving load also causes obvious building-vibration problems such as excessive vibration.To predict the environmental vibration caused by moving loading rapidly,a back analysis method is presented to calculate the vibration of high-rise buildings nearby tunnels.Based on a back-analysis finite element model,the propagation law of vibration inside the superstructure induced by subways is analyzed and the corresponding vibration response is evaluated.Research results show that the metro vibration of indoor columns shows a first increasing and then decreasing trend with the floor height,and the vibration response in the top floor is amplified.Compared with low-frequency components,the propagation of waves presents greater attenuation along the building height in the high-frequency range.As the number of structure floors increases,the vibration level of buildings at the same measuring point is changed obviously.
