机械磨削术治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的护理要点及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨机械磨削治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的护理要点和疗效。方法 选择2021年1月至2022年3月于中国医学科学院皮肤病医院接受机械磨削术治疗的面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者29例作为研究对象进行回顾性研究,总结治疗和护理要点:术前进行个性化心理护理及术前准备;术中调试设备,做好磨削护理、体位摆放、眼部护理,监测异常生命体征及异常出血患者;术后提供个性化饮食指导及术后指导,随访1年,统计皮损不良反应发生情况并调查患者满意度。结果 所有患者术中生命体征平稳,无异常出血。所有患者术后随访1年后,非常满意率为79%(23/29),满意率为21%(6/29);术后无感染,伤口愈合良好,均未出现新发瘢痕,未出现明显疼痛、水肿、感染、红斑、色沉。结论 对机械磨削术治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者做好相应的护理能促进治疗顺利、达到良好疗效并降低并发症的发生。Objective To explore the main points of nursing care and the effect of mechanical dermabrasion in the treatment of facial depressed acne scars.Methods Twenty-nine patients with facial depressed scars who received dermabrasion treatment from January 2021 to March 2022 in the Hospital for Skin Diseases of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were selected as the study subjects for a retrospective study to summarize the key points of treatment and care.Individualized psychological nursing and preoperative preparation were carried out before the operation.During the operation,the equipment was adjusted accurately to do well in dermabrasion care,intraoperative position and eye care,and patients with abnormal vital signs and abnormal bleeding was monitored.After the operation,personalized dietary guidance and postoperative guidance were provided,and the patients were followed up for 1 year to count the occurrence of adverse skin lesion reactions and to investigate patient satisfaction.Results All patients had stable intraoperative vital signs and no abnormal bleeding.After 1 year of postoperative follow-up of all patients,the great satisfaction rate was 79%(23/29),and the satisfaction rate was 21%(6/29).There was no postoperative infection,the wounds healed well,none of them showed new scarring,and there was no obvious pain,edema,infection,erythema,or discoloration.Conclusions The treatment of depressed facial acne scars by mechanical dermabrasion can ensure a smooth treatment,achieve good results,and reduce the occurrence of complications if appropriate nursing care is provided.
