摘　　要：目的 探讨健康行为过程理论(HAPA)护理模式在慢性牙周炎种植治疗患者中的效果评价。方法 选取南京医科大学附属口腔医院2022年3月至10月行种植义齿修复的慢性牙周炎患者90例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预;观察组患者采用HAPA理论模型进行护理干预。干预后比较两组患者牙周指标(PLI、BI和PD),成年人健康自我管理能力测评表(AHSMSRS)评分以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者牙周指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的AHSMSRS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HAPA理论模型应用于慢性牙周炎种植治疗患者中,可以改善患者的牙周指标,增强自我管理能力,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the evaluation of the effect of the HAPA theory of care model on the self-management ability of patients with chronic periodontitis treated with implants.Methods Ninety patients with chronic periodontitis who underwent implant denture restoration in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from March 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention;the experimental group used the HAPA theoretical model for nursing intervention.Periodontal indicators(PLI,BI and PD),Adult Health Self-Management Scale(AHSMSRS)scores and patient satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results The periodontal indexes in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<005);the AHSMSRS scores in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<001);and the satisfaction with care in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The HAPA theoretical model applied to patients with chronic periodontitis implant treatment could improve patients'periodontal indexes,enhance self-management ability and improve nursing satisfaction,which has clinical application value and is worth promoting.
