摘　　要：由糖尿病、血管功能不全、放射治疗及压力损伤等因素引起的创面,通常因局部血供不足、炎性因子浸润而无法在短期内完成愈合,从而演变成慢性创面。慢性创面是临床中的疑难问题,迫切需要新方法、新技术、新理念来促进愈合。富血小板血浆是创面修复领域的研究热点,其含有多种高于生理浓度的生长因子,产生生物效应促进损伤组织修复再生。目前其临床应用愈加深入,而相关作用机制尚未完全阐明。文章就近年来富血小板血浆用于创面修复的研究进展及可能的作用机制进行综述。Wounds caused by diabetes,vascular insufficiency,radiation therapy and pressure injury are usually unable to heal in the short term due to local ischemia and inflammatory factors infiltration,thus developing into chronic wounds.Chronic wounds are a hard problem in clinical practice.New methods,new technologies,and new ideas are urgently needed to promote thehealing.Platelet-rich plasma is a research hotspot in the field of wound repair.It contains a variety of growth factors which arehigher than physiological concentrations,produces biological effects to promote the repair and regeneration of thedamaged tissues.At present,the clinicalappli-cation of platelet-rich plasma becomes more and more in-depth,while the related mechanism has not been fully elucidated.This article reviews the research progress and possible mechanism of platelet-rich plasmain wound repair in recent years.
