摘　　要：渡海登陆作战中,短时间内会出现批量伤员,且往往伤情复杂,救治难度大。在医疗资源紧缺的战斗各阶段,对伤员进行紧急救治前有效的检伤分类能最大程度的保存战斗力。目前,创伤超声重点评估(FAST)因其易获得、可重复和高效的特点作为胸腹部损伤的一种伤情快速评估手段被广泛应用于大规模伤亡事件中。文章主要就现代渡海登陆作战的伤情特点及FAST技术在战场伤情评估及救治中的应用与意义及其发展前景进行综述。In sea-crossing and landing operations,batches of wounded people often show upin a short time,and the injuries are complex and difficult to treat.In each stage of the battle when medical resources are scarce,the effective injury classification before emergency treatment of the wounded can preserve combat effectiveness to the greatest extent.At present,focused assessment with sonography for trauma(FAST)is widely used in mass casualty events as a rapid assessment method of thoracic and abdominal injuries because of its easy availability,repeatability,and efficiency.This paper mainly reviewsthe characteristics of injuries in modern sea-crossing and landing operations,as well as the application,significance,and prospects of FAST in battlefield injury assessment and treatmentand development prospect of FAST.
