摘  要:介绍一种在上一代钎具焊接柔性智能生产线的基础上进行升级的第二代钎具焊接智能柔性生产线。以原有生产线为基础,应用新结构、使用新工艺、提高系统智能化程度、优化截齿生产流程,对主要工艺参数进行全面优化,提高生产线过程稳定性和控制精准程度,进一步提高产品质量。第二代钎具焊接智能柔性生产线能够显著提高生产效率,平均每小时生产量比传统生产线提高了30%,产品的合格率达到了85%以上。此外,每条生产线仅需1名操作员即可完成工作,有效释放人力。同时实现了操作人员与危险因素的隔离,极大地提升了工作环境的安全性。第二代钎具焊接智能柔性生产线具有较高的性能表现和广阔的应用前景,为钎具焊接行业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。This paper introduces a second-generation intelligent flexible production line for brazing tools,which is upgraded from the previous generation.Based on the existing production line,it applies new structures,uses new processes,improves system intelligence,optimizes cutting production processes,comprehensively optimizes main process parameters,improves process stability and control accuracy,and further improves product quality.The second generation intelligent flexible production line for brazing tools can significantly improve production efficiency,with an average hourly production volume increased by 30%compared to traditional production lines,and a product qualification rate of over 85%.In addition,each production line only requires one operator to complete the work,effectively releasing manpower.At the same time,it has achieved isolation between operators and hazardous factors,greatly improving the safety of the working environment.In summary,the second generation intelligent flexible production line for brazing tools has high performance and broad application prospects,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the development of the brazing tool welding industry.
