摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件对中医心理学研究文献进行知识图谱可视化分析,探索中医心理学的研究现状及发展趋势。方法:以中国知网作为文献数据来源,检索1980—2022年中医心理学相关文献,应用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件对发文量、作者、关键词、学科研究热点等进行可视化图谱分析。结果:共纳入文献1094篇,1980—2022年中医心理学研究领域文献发文量整体基本呈稳定上升趋势,研究学者以王米渠、汪卫东等为代表;关键词突现分析示频次排名前5的关键词依次为五音疗法、焦虑症、抑郁症、七情学说、睡眠质量;聚类图谱分析显示主要研究方向为情志致病相关理论研究、中医心理治疗与具体技术以及中医心理学的临床应用研究。结论:中医心理学领域正处于蓬勃发展阶段,愈发注重应用型研究,其诊疗具有本土实用性、不良反应小等优势,未来结合现代心理学和数字信息智能化实现临床诊疗将成为研究热点。Objective:To carry out the visualized analysis of mapping knowledge domain of psychology of TCM research literature based on CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software,and to explore the research status and development trend of psychology of TCM.Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure was used as the literature data source to retrieve the literature related to psychology of TCM from 1980 to 2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to perform visualized analysis of mapping knowledge domain in terms of number of publications,authors,keywords,and subject research hotspots.Results:A total of 1094 articles were included.From 1980 to 2022,the number of publications in the field of psychology of TCM research basically showed a steady upward trend,and the researchers were represented by Wang Miqu and Wang Weidong.The top 5 keywords in the frequency of keyword outburst analysis were five-tone therapy,anxiety disorder,depression,seven emotions theory and sleep quality.Clustering map analysis showed that the main research directions were theoretical researches related to emotional pathogenicity,TCM psychotherapy and specific techniques,and clinical application of TCM psychology.Conclusion:The field of TCM psychology is in the stage of vigorous development,and more and more attention is paid to applied research.Its diagnosis and treatment has the advantages of local practicability and small adverse reactions.In the future,clinical diagnosis and treatment combined with modern psychology and digital information intelligence will become a research hotspot.
