摘　　要：2型糖尿病主要是由于胰岛素分泌不足,或胰岛素抵抗引起的体内糖代谢紊乱的代谢综合征。中医学认为2型糖尿病属于“消渴”范畴,也称为“脾瘅”“消瘅”。经言“脾脆则善病消瘅”,脾胃为气血生化之源,后天之本,脾虚是导致2型糖尿病的根本。其病机主要责之于脾气虚与脾阴虚,运用健脾气、养脾阴之方药进行辨证论治,取得良好的临床疗效。Type 2 diabetes is mainly due to insufficient insulin secretion,or insulin resistance caused by the body's metabolic syndrome of sugar metabolism disorders.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that type 2 diabetes belongs to the category of“xiaoke”,also known as“pidan”and“xiaodan”.As the classic says,“dysfunction of the spleen can bring on xiaodan”.The spleen and stomach are the source of Qi and blood,and the foundation of the acquired constitution.Spleen deficiency is the fundamental cause of type 2 diabetes.Its pathogenesis is mainly due to spleen-Qi deficiency and spleen-Yin deficiency.The prescription for invigorating spleen-Qi and nourishing spleen-Yin can be used for syndrome differentiation and treatment,which achieves good clinical effect.
