摘 要:以某大功率船用柴油机活塞为研究对象,通过建立活塞的温度场有限元分析模型、热机耦合有限元分析模型,得到活塞的温度场、热机耦合变形和应力分布,并对关键零部件进行疲劳安全系数分析。对比分析两种设计方案的结构优劣,得出带冷却盲孔方案整体结构疲劳性能稍优于整环冷却油腔方案,并为之后进一步轻量化设计提供方向。Taking the piston of a high-power marine diesel engine as the research object,a finite element analysis model for the temperature field and a finite element analysis model for thermo-mechanical coupling were established to obtain the temperature field,thermomechanical coupling deformation and stress distribution of the piston and the fatigue safety factor of key components were analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the structural advantages and disadvantages of the two design schemes,it is concluded that the overall fatigue performance of the cooling blind hole scheme is slightly better than that of the whole ring cooling oil chamber scheme,which provides direction for further lightweight design in the future.
