社会支持视角下农村儿童数字阅读服务体系构建

摘　　要：随着数字技术的快速发展,数字阅读逐渐成为一种主流阅读方式。然而,由于城乡二元化经济结构带来的数字鸿沟,农村儿童成为特殊的弱势群体,农村儿童的数字阅读需求未得到充分满足。通过调研黑龙江省贫困县儿童数字阅读服务现状,发现数字阅读在服务设施、服务效率、服务机制、服务内容等方面存在问题,由此,基于社会支持理论视角,从工具支持、信息支持、情绪支持、评价支持四个层面提出农村儿童数字阅读服务体系的构建策略。With the rapid development of digital technology,digital reading has gradually become a mainstream way of reading.However,due to the digital divide brought about by the urban-rural dualistic economic structure,rural children have become a special vulnerable group,and the digital reading needs of rural children have not been fully met.Through researching the current situation of children’s digital reading service in underdeveloped counties of Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are problems in digital reading in terms of service facilities,service efficiency,service mechanism,service content,etc.As a result,based on the perspective of social support theory,the construction strategy of rural children’s digital reading service system is proposed from the perspective of four dimensions,namely,instrumental support,informational support,emotional support and evaluative support.
