摘  要:为提高钢结构材料的使用寿命和耐用性,通常会在材料表面做一层防火、防腐蚀的涂层,涂层质量会直接影响构件安全性及在役服务性能,为此本文提出可用于装配式钢结构防护涂层质量鉴定的超声检测方法。首先通过有限元仿真软件建立涂层结构模型,模拟激励和接收涂层检测信号,分析涂层结构反射特性。然后分别采用共振法与脉冲反射法对涂层进行测厚实验,应用离散傅里叶变换及希尔伯特变换计算出涂层厚度,并将计算结果与实际厚度进行比较。结果表明,脉冲反射法对涂层厚度的检测相对误差在3%以内,明显低于共振法。最后采用脉冲反射法对不同类型缺陷进行了仿真测试,结果显示该方法能够通过A型检测信号计算出缺陷位置。To extend the service life and improve the durability of steel structure materials,a layer of fireproof and anti-corrosion coating is usually applied on the surface of the materials.The quality of the coating directly affects the safety and in-service performance of the components.Therefore,an ultrasonic testing method is proposed to use for quality identification of protective coatings on prefabricated steel structures.Firstly,a coating structure model was established with finite element simulation software to simulate the excitation and reception of coating detection signals,and the reflection characteristics of the coating structure are analyzed.Then,resonance method and pulse reflection method were used to measure the thickness of the coating,and the Discrete Fourier Transform and Hilbert Transform were applied to calculate the coating thickness and the calculated results were compared with the actual thickness.The results show that the relative error of the pulse reflection method in detecting coating thickness is within 3%,which is significantly lower than that of the resonance method.Finally,simulation tests were conducted on different types of defects with pulse reflection method,and the results show that this method can calculate the defect position through A-type detection signals.
