摘  要:发展核心素养、培养符合时代及行业需求的飞行人才,是当前飞行员培养的重点和难点。本文基于飞行人才的核心素养内涵分析,构建了民航飞行员核心能力体系化模型;根据大学人才培养特点,明确了飞行技术专业在学历教育阶段飞行员核心素养的发展目标定位;通过将课程思政与飞行技术专业建设相结合,探索以提高飞行学员核心素养为目标的课程思政建设,形成课程思政实践与专业建设同向而行,实现课程思政协同育人。Developing key competences and cultivating flight talents in line with the needs of the times and the industry are the focus and difficulties of current pilot training.In this paper,based on the connotation analysis of the key competences of flight talents,the systematic model of the key qualities of civil aviation pilots is constructed.According to the characteristics of talent training of the university,the target of improving the key competences of flight technology majors for flight trainees in the stage of academic education is specified.With the combination of ideological and political education with the construction of the flight technology major,the curriculum’s ideological and political construction is carried out with the goal of improving the key competences of the student pilots,so as to form the same development direction of the curriculum ideological and political education and the construction of the major and realize the collaborative education of the curriculum ideological and political education.
