数字创新创业赋能城乡共同富裕的实证检验

摘　　要：文章基于2012—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证检验数字创新创业对城乡共同富裕的影响及作用机制。结果表明,数字创新创业对城乡共同富裕具有显著促进作用。异质性分析结果表明,相较于数字创新,数字创业对城乡共同富裕的促进效应更强;数字创新创业对城乡共同富裕的促进作用在西部、东北地区更加显著。作用机制检验结果表明,数字创新创业通过优化居民收入结构、提升技术创新能力,促进城乡共同富裕。因此,应激发乡村数字创新创业活力,促进城乡共同富裕;提升乡村企业技术创新水平,优化乡村居民收入结构;实施差异化发展策略,缩小城乡群体数字鸿沟。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital innovation and entrepreneurship on the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.The results indicate that digital innovation and entrepreneurship have a significant promoting effect on the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.The results of heterogeneity analysis indicate that compared to digital innovation,digital entrepreneurship has a stronger promoting effect on the common prosperity of urban and rural areas,that the promotion effect of digital innovation and entrepreneurship on the common prosperity of urban and rural areas is more significant in the western and northeast regions.The mechanism test results show that digital innovation and entrepreneurship promote common prosperity of urban and rural areas by optimizing residents’income structure and enhancing technological innovation capabilities.Therefore,the paper holds that the vitality of digital innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas should be stimulated to promote the common prosperity of urban and rural areas,that the technological innovation level of rural enterprises be improved to optimize the income structure of rural residents,and that differentiated development strategies be implemented to narrow the digital divide between urban and rural groups.
