数据挖掘技术在中药领域中的应用及研究进展

摘　　要：全新的大数据背景下,中药的研究与应用也迎来了新的机遇与挑战。从东汉的《神农本草经》到现代的《中国药典》,中药的归纳与规范从未停止,中药所含的信息数据量大且复杂,隐藏在其中的价值高度分散。应用数据挖掘技术对中药信息数据进行统计分析,可以挖掘出潜在的应用价值及用药规律,对中药的临床应用提供有效的指导,对中医药规范化诊疗体系的建立具有重要意义,是促进中药现代化、国际化发展的有效途径之一。近年来,数据挖掘应用于中药领域的热潮迭起,本文主要对数据挖掘技术在中药的鉴定、药性及方剂用药规律、中药制剂研究和中药新药开发等方面的应用进行综述。Under the background of big data,the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is facing new opportunities and challenges.From the Shennong Materia Medica of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the modern Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the induction and standardization of TCM have been never stopping.Since the data of the TCM become more and more large and complex,its potential value is highly dispersed.The application of data mining technology in TCM information,which is able to dig out hidden value of information and regulations,effectively guiding the clinical application of TCM and playing a significant role in the establishment of standardized TCM diagnosis and treatment system,is considered as one of the effective ways to promote the modernization and international development of TCM.In recent years,the application of data mining in the field of TCM has been an upsurge.This paper mainly reviews the application of data mining technology in the identification of TCM,the properties of TCM and its rules of prescription medication,the research of TCM preparation and the development of new drugs of TCM.
