摘　　要：支气管哮喘(哮喘)是呼吸系统常见的慢性气道炎症性疾病,目前我国有超4500万成人患有哮喘。与大城市三级医院相比较,目前我国广大的基层医疗机构存在区域发展不平衡、医疗水平与医疗条件差异较大等情况,广大基层农村地区哮喘的误诊误治仍极其普遍,哮喘的规范化治疗急待加强。希望政府部门、医学会、三级医院专家与广大基层医务工作者共同努力,通过加强呼吸专科设置及医师培训、推广哮喘与咳嗽基层指南、普及肺功能检查、提高药物可及性、重视基层哮喘患者教育等措施,推动基层哮喘防治的规范化建设。Bronchial asthma(asthma)is a common chronic airway inflammatory disease of the respiratory system,and there are currently more than 45 million adults with asthma in China.Compared with tertiary hospitals in large cities,there is currently an imbalance in the regional development of China′s primary healthcare institutions,with large differences in medical standards and conditions,and misdiagnosis and mismanagement of asthma are still widespread in rural areas,which makes it urgent to strengthen the standardized asthma treatment.It is hoped that government departments,medical associations,tertiary hospital specialists,and primary care practitioners will work together to promote the standardization of asthma prevention and treatment by strengthening the setting of respiratory specialties and the training of physicians,promoting the use of asthma and cough guidelines,popularizing pulmonary function tests,improving the medication accessibility,and emphasizing the education of asthma patients in primary care.
