摘  要:我国复合肥产业经历几十年的发展,产品市场认可度逐年提高。目前复合肥生产的主流工艺是料浆法工艺、团粒法工艺、高塔工艺、挤压法工艺等,对各生产工艺的成粒机制、工艺流程及优缺点进行总结;并对比分析各种工艺的产品质量及综合能源消耗,旨在为“双碳”背景下我国复合肥生产企业的转型升级提供一些思路。Compound fertilizer industry in China has undergone decades of development,and market recognition of compound fertilizer products has been increasing year by year.At present,the mainstream production processes for compound fertilizers are slurry method,pellet method,high tower method,extrusion method,and other production processes.The granulation mechanism,process flow,advantages and disadvantages of each production process are summarized,and the product quality and comprehensive energy consumption of various processes are compared and analyzed,aiming to provide some ideas for the transformation and upgrading of compound fertilizer production enterprises under the“dual carbon”background in China.
