摘　　要：针对湿法磷酸尾气洗涤系统占地面积大、洗涤效果不佳、设备多、能耗高、维修费用高、不易管理等问题,设计一种新型一体两塔式结构形式的节水环保洗涤塔。介绍新型节水环保洗涤塔结构设计及工作流程,以及在尾气洗涤系统中的应用。该新型节水环保洗涤塔,塔体结构紧凑,占地面积小,内部除沫器结构特殊;使用该塔,排放尾气中氟质量浓度由10~11 mg/m^(3)降到5 mg/m^(3)左右,满足环保要求,工艺水用量由260 m^(3)/h降低到245 m^(3)/h,节水效果明显,完全达到了节水环保的目的。In response to the problems of a wet-process phosphoric acid tail gas washing system,such as large footprint,poor washing effect,multiple equipments,high energy consumption,high maintenance costs,and difficulty in management,a new type of environment friendly washing tower with an integrated two tower structure is designed.Its structure and workflow,as well as its application in tail gas washing systems are introduced.This new water-saving and environment friendly washing tower has a compact structure,a small footprint,and a special internal demister structure;By using this tower,the F content in the tail gas is reduced from 10-11 mg/m^(3) to around 5 mg/m^(3),meeting environmental requirements.The process water consumption is reduced from 260 m^(3)/h to 245 m^(3)/h.The water-saving effect is obvious,and the goal of water-saving and environmental protection is fully achieved.
