摘  要:为解决连铸坯低倍组织等轴晶带分割因采用传统人工方法精度不高实时性较差的问题,提出一种改进PSPNet网络的连铸坯低倍组织等轴晶带图像分割算法。采用轻量化网络MobileNet-V2替代Resnet作为特征提取主干网络,在网络模型中加入BAM注意力机制,提高了网络的负值特征提取性能,细化了分类结果;同时将MobileNet-V2中的Relu6激活函数替换为H-Swish激活函数,在不增加耗时的前提下提高了分割精度。实验结果显示,该算法的平均像素准确率为89.80%,类别平均交并比为95.25%,图片预测FPS增加了26.2%,图片平均处理速度为15.96ms,图像分割结果细节保留较好,实时性表现良好,适用于连铸坯低倍组织等轴晶带分割任务。To address the issue of low accuracy and poor real⁃time performance of traditional manual methods for segmenting equiaxed crystal bands in continuous casting slabs,an improved PSPNet network⁃based algorithm is proposed.The algorithm replaces ResNet with a lightweight network MobileNet⁃V2 as the main feature extraction backbone,and incorporates the BAM attention mechanism to enhance the negative feature extraction performance of the network and refine the classification results.Additionally,the Relu6 activation function in MobileNet⁃V2 is replaced with the H⁃Swish activation function to improve segmentation accuracy without increasing computational time.Experimental results show that the algorithm achieves an average pixel accuracy of 89.80%,a mean intersection over union of 95.25%,a26.2%increase in image prediction FPS,and an average processing speed of 15.96ms.The algorithm produces fine⁃grained image segmentation results with good real⁃time performance,making it suitable for segmenting equiaxed crystal bands in continuous casting slabs.
