摘  要:为准确预测高温烧结球团环冷机侧轨与侧挡轮之间的间隙及调节,本文采用热机耦合有限元方法,在环冷机投产前提前预测侧轨变形量。通过分析与研究,确定侧挡轮的热态径向调节量,保证侧挡轮与变形后侧轨之间留有合理的间隙。生产实践表明,五号液密封环冷机按照上属预测值和调节量,有效避免了生产过程中因为侧挡轮与侧轨间隙不合理所造成的各种故障,效果良好。In order to accurately predict the gap and adjustment between the side rail and the side retaining wheel of the high⁃temperature sintered pellet annular cooler,the heat⁃engine coupling finite element method is used to predict the deformation of the side rail in advance before the annular cooler is put into production.Through analysis and research,the hot radial adjustment of the side retaining wheel is determined to ensure that there is a reasonable gap between the side retaining wheel and the deformed side rail.The production practice shows that the No.5 liquid seal annular cooler effectively avoids various failures caused by the unreasonable clearance between the side retaining wheel and the side rail in the production process according to the predicted value and adjustment amount of the subordinate,and the effect is good.
