摘  要:研究冷轧18辊轧机带氧化皮轧制不锈钢带钢过程对轧辊的冲击影响,从而揭示轧机工作辊频繁断辊原因。以某厂冷轧不锈钢单机架18辊产线工作辊断裂案例为基础,通过对轧辊剥落形貌观察、硬度检测、金相组织检测,轧制工况分析、有限元仿真计算等方法对工作辊在服役中断裂产生机理进行了研究。结果表明Cr12MoV1钢中含有大量的共晶碳化物,尺度达到20um,对基体的割裂作用使得轧辊的韧性较差;工作辊受力分布具有“马鞍”形态分布特征,在轧制不锈钢板边缘形成应力尖峰,工作辊表面的接触应力达到了2500MPa。轧制过程中带钢边浪缺陷对于辊面冲击影响较大,在高周循环冲击应力作用下,在轧辊表面形成裂纹。Study the impact of the rolling process of stainless steel strip with oxide skin on the rolls of the 18 high cold rolling mill,in order to reveal the reasons for frequent roll breakage of the working rolls of the rolling mill.Based on the case of work roll fracture in a cold rolled stainless steel single stand 18 high production line of a certain factory,the mechanism of work roll fracture during service was studied through methods such as observation of roll peeling morphology,hardness testing,metallographic structure testing,rolling condition analysis,and finite element simulation calculation.The results indicate that Cr12MoV1 steel contains a large amount of eutectic carbides with a scale of up to 20um,and the cutting effect on the matrix results in poor toughness of the rolling rolls.The force distribution of the work roll has a"saddle"shape distribution feature,forming stress peaks at the edge of the rolled stainless steel plate,and the contact stress on the surface of the work roll reaches 2500MPa.Impact of edge wave defects on roll surface during rolling process is significant.Under the action of high cycle impact stress,cracks form on the surface of the roller.
