大型高炉无料钟炉顶设备称量料罐的焊接工艺分析

摘　　要：高炉无料钟炉顶设备以高效、节能环保、运行稳定、布料合理的优势,在我国得到广泛应用。其中,称量料罐具有体积大、高度高、结构形式复杂,运输困难等特点。本文阐述了称量料罐的焊接工艺,焊接质量的控制重点是过程监控、焊后焊缝无损检测和消除焊接应力。结果表明,该焊接工艺能够解决称量料罐生产制造、运输发货的技术难题。Bellless furnace top equipment of blast furnace has high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,stable operation,reasonable cloth advantages,has been widely used in our country.Among them,the weighing tank has the characteristics of large volume,high height,complex structure and difficult transportation.This paper describes the welding technology of weighing tank.The key points of welding quality control are process monitoring,non-destructive testing of welding seam after welding and eliminating welding stress.The results show that the welding process can solve the technical problems in manufacturing,transportation and delivery of weighing tank.
