摘　　要：立式离心复合轧辊生产的关键技术在于离心转速、浇注温度、浇注时机的选择,本文以康氏公式为基础,阐述了立式离心复合轧辊生产中关键技术参数的计算和选择方法,并分析了不同的参数选择对产品质量的影响,为轧辊企业采用立式离心生产复合轧辊提供设计依据。The key technology of vertical centrifugal composite roll production lies in the selection of centrifugal speed,pouring temperature and pouring time.Based on Kang's formula,this paper describes the calculation and selection method of key technical parameters in vertical centrifugal composite roll production,and analyzes the influence of different parameter selection on product quality,providing design basis for roll enterprises to use vertical centrifugal composite roll production.
